At Cemcoat we offer Powder coating. Powder coating is a process where fine particles are applied by an electrostatic spray. Powder coats are made with resins such as Polyester, Epoxy, Polyester Polyurethane and Epoxy Polyester, each having unique properties and characteristics. Cemcoat liquid and powder coating covers both a small and large volume of parts. Our pre-treatment includes phosphate coating solvent cleaning, detergent cleaning, and organic coatings for parts and pieces up to 20 feet long.

We provide spray painting, drilube, and teflon on metal, aluminum, plastic, composites and foam in addition to wood spray coating.

We have four spray booths up to a size of 20′ x 8′ x 8′ that are equipped with heavy duty hoist that lifts heavy parts.

Our paint department also has clean, filtered booths for extremely high quality cases.

Our largest ovens are 20′ x 8′ x 8′ and are designed for a maximum temperature of 550 d Fahrenheit.
