Cemcoat is a coating engineering firm with over 40 years of service since 1961. We are a job shop NADCAP approved operation with 20,000 sqft of processing area providing service to major aerospace, commercial and military manufacturers.

Platings

Cemcoat’s plating services include anodizing, etching, chemical film, phosphate coating, passivation, and zinc plating on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. We are experts in complex coating engineering, setup new processes and provide free sampling.

Wet Spray Coating/Powder Coating

Cemcoat offers wet spray coatings/ powder coatings including enamels (Alkyds, Polyesters, Epoxies, Urethanes, Acrylics, and Silicones). With four spray booths, our liquid/powder coating department provides high quality spray coating on steel, stainless steel, aluminum, rubber composite, plastic, and foam.
