ANODIZING [MIL- A- 8625 / Type II and III] We provide soft sulfuric acid anodizing in various colors in our 8.5' x 3.5' x 4' tank. Our anodizing tank is equipped with automatic amperage and temperature control systems to ensure anodizing at high and low processing rate. CHEMICAL FILM [MIL- C- 5541] Cemcoat provides clear, yellow, and black chemical film as well as cleaning and Etching for small and large size aluminum parts in our 8' x 4' x 4' tank. NICKEL [QQN290] We provide barrel nickel plating ( Electrodeposited ) in seven different thickness grades (Inches ) of 0.0016 / 0.0012 / 0.0010 / 0.0008 / 0.0006 / 0.0004 / and 0.0002. PASSIVATION [QQ- P- 35] Our passivation process provides cleaning film on 300 and 400 series on stainless steel parts in our 12' x 8' x 4' tank. PHOSPHATE [TT- C- 490 / ASTM-B- 633] Cemcoat provides cleaning methods for ferrous surfaces and pretreatment organic coatings of various types and zinc phosphate coating. Our largest phosphate plating tank size is 14' x 8' x 4' ZINC PLATING ON STEEL AND ALUMINUM [ASTM-B- 633 / QQZ-325 / Type I, II, III, IV ] Our zinc plating is non-cyanide alkaline process providing black, blue, yellow, and clear zinc color plating. We have four zinc processing tanks largest be 15' x 8' x 4' providing SC1 / SC2 / and SC3 thickness grades plating. DRILUBE / POWDER COATING / SPRAY WET PAINT /TEFLON COATING [All colors and specifications] We have four spray booths largest 20' x 8' x 8' and equipped with heavy duty hoist to lift heavy parts. Our paint department is also structured with clean filtered booth for extreme high quality cases. Our ovens largest size can be 20' x 8' x 8' designed for maximum temprature of 900 Fahrenheit.
