We are a job shop operation with 13,000 sqft of processing area providing service to major aerospace,
commercial, and military manufacturers.

Anodizing [ MIL- A - 8625 ]
We provide soft, hard, and bulk sulfuric acid anodizing in various colors. Our 8.5' x 3.5' x 4' anodizing
tank is equipped with automatic amperage control and temperature control systems enabling us to
anodize at both fast and slow rates.
Chemical Film [ MIL - DTL 5541F ]
Cemcoat provides clear, yellow, and black chemical film as well as cleaning and etching for small
and large size aluminum parts in our 8.5' x 4' x 4' tank. We also provide chemical film with or without
hexavalent chromium, RoHS compliance.
Passivation [QQ - P- 35 ]
Our passivation process provides cleaning film on 300- and 400- series stainless steel parts in our
12' x 8' x 4' tank.
Phosphate Coating [ TT - C - 490 / ASTM - B - 633 ]
We provide cleaning processes for ferrous surfaces, organic coating pretreatments, and zinc
phosphate coating. Our largest phosphate plating tank size is 12' x 8' x 4'.
Zinc Electroplating on steel and aluminum. [ ASTM- B- 633 / QQZ-325 / Type I, II, II, IV ]
Cemcoat specializes in zinc plating of metals up to 15 feet long on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum
parts with blue, gold, or black chromate conversion coatings to ASTM- B - 633 standards and RoHS
compliance. Our zinc plating is non-cyanide alkaline process providing even thickness and is the
best for recessed surfaces. We have four zinc processing tanks, the largest being 15' x 8' x 4'.
This allows us to produce SC1 / SC2 / and SC3 thickness grade plating.
Drilube / Powder coating / Spray wet paint / Teflon coating.
We provide spray paint, drilube, and teflon on metal, aluminum, plastic, and foam.
Cemcoat paints both a small and large volume of parts. Our pretreatments includes phosphate coating
solvent cleaning, detergent cleaning, and organic coatings for up to 20 foot long. We have four spray
booths up to a size of 20' x 8' x 8' that are equipped with heavy duty hoists that lift heavy parts.
Our paint department also has clean, filtered booths for extremely high quality cases.
Our largest ovens are 20' x 8' x 8' and are designed for a maximum temperature of 600 degrees
Fahrenheit.
